But this year, I've discovered something: ice skates. Here's the deal with ice-skates:
1. they are cheap (the white ones were $10, then brown were $4 at local thrift shops).
2. they are happy! No really-- doesn't the idea of skating make you happy?
3. they are cold weather things... seasonably appropriate!
They reminded me of this DTV Romancin' special from the 80s. omg. I loved this so much!
